The Varec 249 Series is designed specifically for burning low pressure, low heat content biogas. It is used in areas where flare stack emissions are regulated or where it is desired to hide the flame. The 249 Series uses a unique manifold system. This manifold system can be configured to provide turn down ratios of up to 8:1 and still maintain burner efficiency. The unit is designed to use propane, natural gas, or biogas as pilot fuel.
